Yoga therapy should not done through online or watching television. Different people have different nature of diseases or have different psychosomatic problems, although their disease is same, their nature of diseases are different and the methods of curing them may differ from each other. So we can't sit together and get yoga therapy. Yoga therapy is treated individually or you can say personally under the guidance of a teacher.
How does a person especially a student keep focus on his work or his study? How does yoga therapy helps them?
The person must observe his or her breathing speed. Try to put your hand on your stomach and observe the process of inhaling and exhaling process of breathing. The part of the stomach get bulge when we inhale air and it goes in when we exhale air. Observe the entire process for few minutes helps you to keep concentration on the study.
Does a yoga therapy perform by anyone? What is timing for it?
Yes yoga therapy can be performed by anyone under the guidance of a teacher. Yoga is done in morning and evening and the yoga therapy can be done in afternoon too.
