Types of Bridges

1. Beam Bridge.

- It is the oldest type of bridge.

3. Suspension Bridge.

- It has huge towers of steel and concrete set into their foundation.

- Chains or ropes hang between the towers.

4. Cantilever Bridge :

- It is modified form of beam bridge.

- This type of bridge has support on one end.
