What are the 6 major steps to manage stress?

Any kind of stresses are painful for your mental and physical health. It is a science, the better you know , the more you relax and comfort. 

Stress are not good in any forms. It damages your growth.  Here in this content we shall try to discuss about how we can overcome stress by using different practical in our daily life and i am very confident it will work on you. So, lets start..

1. Maintain your routine, add wake up morning in your routine. It helps you in managing your works. Most of the people fail to do their works on time. They don't have lesson plans about the work. When to start, how to start, and when to end. If you follow "early to bed, early to rise", it has power to change your life completely and keeps you always at top.

2. Doing exercises and meditations. Both exercise and meditation keep you confident all time. If you want to success in your life, then keep exercising your body. The exercise never allows you easily fall prey of defeat. It will never let you down easily. It fuels your thinking processes. You might have observed, athletes are in very confident and they have courage to handle any kind of odd situations. 

If you don't know how to start, then you must watch related videos available on internet. You can purchase books of Baba Ramdev, or you can do 7 days meditation course of Brahma Kumaris, and channelise your energy in a right direction. 

3. Drink water. Drinking water on time makes your body fit and fine. While working anywhere your brain needs water to functionate. Less intaking of water may have adverse impact on your body and your mental health. It is said that , an average 5 litre water is necessary for your body. When you are in stress , try to take one glass water immediately to refresh your body. 

4. Spend time with your pet or dog. Spending time with your dog or pet will help you stress out. Try to give time with them makes you more confident and bold and get you worked on routine. Suppose you have a pet and you make routine to walk with them, then your duty allows you to walk and play with them. The people who live alone keep pet with them and spend some time with them form amusement that helps them to come out from the phase of every odd situations. 

5. Travelling is the best way. Travelling is meant to down stresses. People are not animals to work day long through out year. They need some leisure to let their soul and body relax. Travelling with friends, or family would definitely helps them to dispel their tensions. Both physical and mental exhaustion makes you tired. There are large number of tourist destination sites in India and the World. If you don't have enough time to visit there then you may go to library, temple, parks or other places. 

6. Meet your Doctor, ophthalmologist,  mentor, talks to parents, children , reading books and take deep sleep. These all helps you more while in stressing. Talking to your gurus always give you the best advice. walking on streets, society, buy some chocolates, distributes them among children may help you a lot. 

Conclusion 

Taking stress in not good for both your body and mind. All the above tips may help you to dispel your stress but it persists the you must consult to the doctors, take their advise. Sometimes we fail to identify about the types of stress so we need to identify them and work over it.
