Second we take foods when our stomach is empty. When you feel hungry, your body requires energy and you should give them foods but what about when your stomach is empty, not necessary to fill them with foods. Empty stomach works better, smoother than filled stomach. Empty stomach stimulate body cells to work better. There should be a gap of at least eight hours between two eating time. We eat unhealthy foods day long saying we can't stay without foods because we have sugar problem, blood pressure problem and other problems. We day long trying to fill odd foods to run our body.
