 India not joined china-backed Regional Comphensive Economic Partnership (RCEP), this year over concerns cheap Chinese goods entering the country.  RCEP, was formed in 2012 aimed at regional cooperation in the Asian- pacific region. The 15 members RCEP consists of 10 membered ASEAN plus  China, Australia, South Korea, Japan and New Zealand.  The trade pact signed without India does not means,India can not be the member of this group in future, a special resolution was passes by the members in which it is mentioned that India can join the group at any time. I'm writing this blog just  one hour before the counting of votes of the Bihar state Assembly election. People of Bihar are very confident about the outcomes and and feeling proud.  In a democracy people decide who can govern them. It is the people of Bihar whose wishes Tejeswi become chief minister.  This election should not be seen based on casteism it was based on trend of development to which people have cast their votes. People of Bihar bycotted Nitesh Kumar's developmental works. What he did during lockdown for the migrants workers was not good.  Unemployment was another big issues. Conducting examination lately and not filling the vaccant seat attracted more aggression among people.
