Naxalism menace and wayforward

The 3 April 2021 deadly ambush maoist insurgents against Indian security forces at Sukma- Bijapur border of Chhatisgarh leading to the killing of 22 security personnnel and Naxalites. 

In year 2015 , there was an initiative taken by the ruling government to bring militants in the mainstream of deverlopment. Although the steps did not bear fruitful result which was envisioned, 65% Naxalism has been reduced over the period of 7 years. 

law and order can play a pivotal role to curb on the menace carry out by Naxal-insurgents. The government should bring terrorism, insurgents, militants, naxalism into the list of seventh scheduled of the Indian constitution, which will empower central government to take hard actions get done through central forces. Before setting up of NIA, a government had to more dependent on state government. 

we should also learn from the methods applied in the North-Eastern states, where talks between stakeholders bearing fruitful results. The government should also do development works in this regions simultaneously. we may fail in this if we ignore the later. The government should have a multi-pronged strategy and less dependent on states. 

There are several loopholes in between rural insurgents and urban insurgents. NGO, foreign funding , supporting amass wealth to this urban insurgents should be check on frequently and govt should break the chain. There should also be coordination between different ministries.And lastly i would like to say we should modernize our security personnel. we have modern sophisticated weapons , drones can be used there to trace the movement of each activities they do and remain alert.
