Chief election commissioner Sushil Chandra announced the poll dates for the five States and phases. In Uttar Pradesh, nomination starts for the first phase from February 10.
The election fever of Manipur is taking place into two phases, 38 seats for the first and 22 remaining in the second, all starts from March 10.
The chief State election commission has taken all necessary arrangements to the poll bound state Manipur. BJP is one of the prominent party targetting forty Plus seats. Some sitting MLA's also joined the BJP. The Congress is being the rival party in the state.
There are mainly two issues upon people are seen more inclined towards BJP. First is maintaining the law and order situation and the other is progress in the development.
Manipur witness many changes took place during the last five years has reached the expectations of the people and law and order has improved,so the BJP has been echoing these two facts in most of their election rallies.
Goa with 40 seats, this time many political parties have fielded their candidates in the election. TMC, AAP and others are somehow making impediments in the way of BJP. Absence of former CM and Union Defence minister Manohar Parrikar, will also have a long lasting impact on this election.
In Punjab,there are many political parties in the election fray. Since Caption Amrinder Singh has floated his own party seperated from the Congress, Akali Dal has also formed its own and very makes alliance with BSP.
Congress party in Punjab has a gloomy picture about the projection of CM post. Siddhu projects himself as the CM post, where as Channi and Jakar also claim over the CM post.
Since the physical election campaign is completely banned this time due to COVID pandemic, the chief election commissioner have drawn standard of procedures SOP to conduct the election and asked the political parties to abide with them.
In Uttar Pradesh, the BJP has projected it's CM post in Uttar Pradesh and the name goes to Yogi Aditya Nath ji. Yogi himself to contest election from Gorakhpur. Samajwadi party chief Akhilesh Yadav will contest from Ajamgarh.
In Uttar Pradesh, congress has allowed 40 percent reserve seats for womens. And Akhilesh Yadav has announced free 300 units electricity. BJP in Meerut, discussion of Modi with the womens of Meerut somehow has made the all parties under pressure.
