India has the highest number of cases related to girls trafficking and is one of the major concerns in India. India has a great diversity, people from different regions are all not equal, some are rich and some are poor and they have their different social status. The contributions of women have been great in the Indian National movements. Women participated in every movements with full heart and soul. They put their aspirations and decisions in the nation building. Recently ILO an international body published it's annual report 2022, saying India's employment deterioting during the pandemic that has hardly hit both the economy as well as human resource. The chief justice of India's tenure is about to end and the selection of a new justice through collegium process is started, again this issue on limelight about the selection procedure for the appointment and transfer of the judges through the collegium method.
