Girls can save girls from traffickers

India has the highest number of cases related to girls trafficking and is one of the major concerns in India. India has a great diversity, people from different regions are all not equal, some are rich and some are poor and they have their different social status.

Reasons

Poverty and lack of education are the two major factors associated with the girls trafficking. Greeds of some money or not bearing the burden of the cost of marriage of the girls may lead to the choice of selling the girls by some poor parents.

Girls traffickers generally allure girls and their families by all means, even use physical forces when required. They have a big network including many VIPs and even some officials. If a plan is busted then the rescued girls are kept in a shelter homes. We all have seen when the case of muzaffarpur shelter house busted, Bihar, India, a number of government officials were arrested for their alleged involvement.
