National news.

1. CAA- 2019 implemented after four years.

- Union home minister Amit Shah notified the implementation of the much awaited citizenship amendment act (CAA 2019), which was passed in parliament and also got president assent in 2019, was put on hold due to massive protests across India led to several deaths and damages of properties.

- The CAA 2019 gives citizenship to the non-Muslims immigrants who were prosecuted in Bangladesh, Pakistan and Afghanistan, arrived India before December 31, 2014 will be granted the citizenship of India. 

- According to the gazette notification, the rules come into force with immediate effect, and the immigrants have to register their identity on the government portal. They also have to give details about their countries name from they came from.

2. DRDO successful launched Agni v.

- DRDO has successfully tested fire the  indigenously developed Agni v, ICBM rocket with a strike range of 50000 km under its 'Mission Divyastra', joining a select group of nations having such a capability.

International news.

1. Pope hints Ukraine should raise white flag and end the war.

- Ukrainian and it's allied criticised Pope Francis for saying Kyiv should ' raise white flag ' a statement many interpreted as a call on Ukraine to surrender.

India will very soon become the member of security council.

Hey! Welcome again. Here in this topic we shall try to know how India can be the member of United Nations security council. The efforts India has been pushing for decades turned down by invoking veto. India, a big contender, has been pushing it's demand for making alternation in the structure of UNSC.
