I'm just reinterpreting the things of a renowned writer Mr Chetan Bhagat, whose writing inspired me to write for you in my own words.
1. To improve your mood, do excercise.
A healthy mood accompany you to do your work best and make them final. You may never have seen a successful person didn't have interest gets succed.
Excercise is something that is a free gift of the natur. The more you do, the more you healthy. Excercise reduces stress and releases good harmones. This effect change your mood.
2. To think more clearly, do meditation.
Meditation makes you sharp with a very clear concept. Meditation has a unique science. When you do meditation actually you connecting with the ultimate God and nothing comes in your mind. A sharp mind is an identity of pure soul whose regular practice to connect with the God makes him sharper and obstruction free.
3. To understand the world, do reading.
Reading things through books, novels help you to explore the world and see them in a very new perspective. A writer generally put his all ideas gained over decades can be easily known by just reading his works and experience how a shorter span of reading timing give you an abundance of knowledge of the writer who spent decades to write a book.
4. To understand yourself, do write.
Writing is not an easy task for any one. But to know about yourself is a very interesting subject. Only a person can understand about themselves if he writes. Writing reflect his ideas what kinds of person he is.
