Encouraging words for students from Teachers

A teacher is a person who shapes the future of the students, makes them eligible so that they can live their lives with certain goals. The job of a teacher doesn't mean to earn money and make themselves wealthy instead makes his pupils eligible so that they can earn money. If a teacher can teach his students how to earn money, obviously he could make huge wealth for himself, but the teacher doesn't accept it. When I was at 22 years old, i meet a person who changed my life by promising more than 50k would be earned easily once you spend 1-2 years patiently in doing this course. And even more than 50k i earn today although I don't have government job.  A teacher, really has a unique style and his students follow his path and styles at the beginning of his teaching career. Only his teaching styles keep the newborn teacher confident and reliable.  Generally a teacher stick with his principles and don't try to compromise with it. His originality and style statement of his m...

The word terrorism has no definition. few countries have understood that terrorism works as a tool for them reaping benifits, showing valour in the world and keep in limelight, which helps them to become pseudo powers. Number of times India, the worst victim of terrorism emanating from cross border, voiced at the international forum about terrorism, but its voice had been turned down. Before 9/11, there was also an incident happened called Kandhar flight hijack in 1999 in which the most wanted terrorist was released. The most dreaded terrorist attack was on our parliament in 2001, valoured Indian cops saved the parliament and the members and retaliated by shooting them down all. Gandhiji 128 years

This year, the incident happened with Gandhiji throwing out from a train having first class seat ticket, has been celebrated by South Africa. Gandhiji, no doubts taken up issues related to common people especially discrimination on the basis of skin colour was very prevalent in South Africa, where society was divided into two groups namely black and white Africans.  In India, we still have some kind of discrimination on the basis of caste, colour, religion, birth place. Delhi witnessed an amazing incident in a hospital, where the nurse staffs have been clearly told by the authorities to not entertain in Malayalam language and also warned with stern actions if it occurred in the next time.  We must go through Jyoti Rao Phule who dedicated his book ' Gulamgiri ' to the blacks of America who sought equality in the society of America which led to civilian war, fought for their rights. Martin Luther envisaged a society where everyone would  live without discrimination. H...

Reasons behind oxygen shortage

Medical oxygen is at least 82% pure Oxygen and free from contamination. In contrast atmospheric air we breathe contains various other gases with only 21% oxygen.  Traditionally, medical oxygen is produced at separation units where atmospheric air is split into the different components through multiple stages of separation and distillation. Another common method is pressure swing adsorption (PSA ). Oxygen levels in the body can drop drastically in several cases of covid-19.Organs can start to Mal-functions leading to death. The department for promotion of industry and internal trade DPIIT, it said the demand for medical oxygen has raised reached about 60% of the country's total daily oxygen production estimated at about 7200MT. last year the government had floated a Rs 200 crore tender for the supply of PSA plants to districts hospitals across 32 States .A year on only 33 of the proposed 162 PSAs have been installed. Naxalism menace and wayforward

The 3 April 2021 deadly ambush maoist insurgents against Indian security forces at Sukma- Bijapur border of Chhatisgarh leading to the killing of 22 security personnnel and Naxalites.  In year 2015 , there was an initiative taken by the ruling government to bring militants in the mainstream of deverlopment. Although the steps did not bear fruitful result which was envisioned, 65% Naxalism has been reduced over the period of 7 years.  law and order can play a pivotal role to curb on the menace carry out by Naxal-insurgents. The government should bring terrorism, insurgents, militants, naxalism into the list of seventh scheduled of the Indian constitution, which will empower central government to take hard actions get done through central forces. Before setting up of NIA, a government had to more dependent on state government.  we should also learn from the methods applied in the North-Eastern states , where talks between stakeholders bearing fruitful results. ...

One Nation One Election way towards Presidential form of government

Mr Modi has once again advocated the idea of One Nation One Election and a single Voter List as well saying the election taking places every few months hinder developments.  PM Modi made strong pitch for simultaneous election, he said One Nation One Election is not an issue of deliberations but also need of the country. How the idea is feasible for the country like ours considering the Lok sabha and state Assembly term is not synchronized.  I just want to recall you we had this model like One Nation One Election from 1952-1967, it means both both the General Assembly and state Assembly elections were held together. Since 1970, when certain assemblies were dissolved prematurely due to some political reasons. Therefore, the cycle was broken.  Again, in 1983, Election commission of India (ECI) pitched for the need to bring back the Old Model in which election to the House of People and legislative Assembly are held simultaneously.  Similarly the Law Commission in 1999, ...

why farmers are worried?

In this pandemic, government passed Farm bills hurriedly in Rajyasabha suspending some opposition leaders who were against of the bills.  Goverment termed it as a historic act which will protect farmers from middlemen and broker who used to take away lion's share of the farmers.  Actually some farmers are worried and their concern lies between scraping of Minimum Support Price (MSP)  and not focussing on the plight of farmers. Although goverment promised that MSP will remain intact, the New Farm Act does not clearly mention any where about MSP. Some farmers are silent or neutral from the government action and the wide protest movements.  The wide protests are not limited in Punjab, Haryana but also sprawled it's leg in the adjacent areas like UP, Rajasthan, Uttrakhand, where farmers are trying to carry out their protest reach to Delhi.  The other reasons of worry is goverment is more focussing on consumers than producers. Goverment stops export to control hiking...
