 Quality of population is necessary for the development of any country. India with population over 142.9 crore recently surpassed China by a small margin of 0.2 crore. Although we surpassed China but India lag behind in terms of quality population with only 900 million or 90 crore population human resource. If we really want to defeat China in all terms we have to prepare with investment in the human population.  We have segregated this into three aspects- education, health and skill development.
